Dr. Omar Dominique is a highly-skilled , board-certified family medicine physician (PCP) and a native of Chicago, IL. He received his medical degree from University of Medicine and Health Sciences, St. Kitts, graduating as Highest Honors in 2012. He completed his residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Dr. Dominique's wealth of knowledge also extends with an educational background in B.S. Sports Medicine Athlete Training, post-baccalaureate Certificate of Biological Sciences, and a Masters of Health Administration. In the past, he served as Medical Director and Health Education Advisor for Stonebridge Diabetes Support Group where he devoted his time by volunteering his medical skills as a Volunteer Clinician with Project Brotherhood in Chicago, IL.
